The NewCo Almawave Labs, dedicated to the development of sovereign artificial intelligence technologies, platforms, and products – such as Velvet and AIwave – combines skills and expertise acquired in over 15 years of experience.
The Italian company incorporates the generative AI models of the Velvet family – Velvet 25B, 14B, 2B and Velvet 2B Speech – which will continue to evolve, becoming increasingly effective and enterprise-ready, lightweight and easily specializable for domains and tasks, both vertical, such as public administration, industry, mobility, healthcare and the environment, and horizontal, such as security and CRM.
